My first Sherlock Holmes book if you can believe it! Overall pretty enjoyable though the ending didn’t have quite the dramatic reveal I was hoping for

- it felt like the reveal of Stapleton being a Baskerville was thrown in at the end, and had limited elaboration as to how Holmes arrived at that conclusion

. That being said, because I enjoyed the writing style, plot-pace progression, and characterizations so much, I would call this a pretty solid 4 star mystery. Gonna be hard to imagine Sherlock as anyone other than Benedict Cumberbatch though
