Great illustrations and a fun story with a positive message. Snicket's charm always shines through.

Two stars for the artwork. That’s pretty much it.

On second thought, nah. Daniel Handler sucks and this book sucks. Even if Daniel Handler didn't suck, this book would STILL suck. The artwork IS nice but it doesn't make the text suck any less. Minus one star because, well, Daniel Handler can suck it.

I describe this as linear storytelling unlike "The Bad Mood and the Stick". Preferred this than that book too. Lemony's too talented.
"It can feel good to be angry. It can feel better to stop."

I feel like there was a connection that I was supposed to make between the swarm of bees and the anger we all sometimes feel, but it never happened. I did like that the kiddo had to clean up his mess even after deciding to stop being angry, but how does someone "decide to stop being angry"? A bit of a mess.

Not gonna lie. The more Snicket/Handler writes, the less I like what Snicket/Handler writes.
