This book is a 3-in-1. Met both authors at AAD2013 and I can truly see the person(s) behind the writing, and surprisingly... it fits them.
Remember When by S.L. Carpenter is an in your face, laugh at sex out loud, snicker fest. As I was reading this story in public, (I had to hide the cover of the book as it is quite suggestive, but beautifully done)I can honestly say I laughed out loud. S.L. gives you a deep and humorous look at sex. A bride-to-be with jitters visits with her grandmother and gets the stories of her sex life that opens her eyes to what she should expect with her coming nuptials. You won't be able to stop once you've started, and won't be disappointed either! Need a quick chuckle along with a sexy read? This is the story for you!
Forget-Me-Not by Sahara Kelly (Originally released as "I Will Remember"). This story is full on romance. My heart sung, cried and laughed as the noted artist Valli Solo moves through her exhaustion recovery at a Napa Valley Clinic (*sigh* wine....)and meets a man from her wildest dreams. This is a story of love, love lost, and love found.... in the best of HEA's out there, this one ranks very high.
So Into You by S.L. Carpenter and Sahara Kelly. Phil and Casey are co-workers. In real estate it's kind of a no-no to bring personal into the workplace, but these two seem to be magnetically attracted to each other. Working through the tough exterior of Casey, Phil holds her to her promise of a "pay-back" dinner and they find that they enjoy each other more than they expected. Casey tends to keep her private self held in reserves, and Phil is looking ... for something. Move through their story with them, engage with their emotions and fall into their story. Reading this for the first time I am sure that I will fall back to this as a "I need to read again" story. The melding of these two authors in this story makes it work that much better in our contemporary world. A bit of fantasy, a lot of laughter, and a super great bit of sex between two people falling in love.
I've enjoyed this first taste of both authors, and cannot imagine not reading the rest of their stories.
