I hadn't read any bad reviews before picking this up. But tons of booktube videos said THEY had heard bad reviews. But I loved the first two and was wanting to end the series. So I picked it up. It wasn't as good as the first two. It didn't grab me right away like they did. It was a bit darker, a lot of throat issues, and I could have done without some of the 1 paragraph parts towards then end. I still don't feel like it was wrapped up though. It did drag in parts, for me. I felt like the author was just repeating certain sections. But it was enjoyable and I'm glad I have finished the series.

This story goes so much further than I thought it would! This is a good thing; I can see more in this series, and I will definitely want to read them.

“This is a love story. Twisted and messy. Flawed and screwed up. But it's ours. It's us. I don't know how our story will end, but I know how it will start. I pick up my pen and begin to write.”
This book was simply amazing, I love this trilogy and these characters with everything in me. ❤️‍

A breathtaking end to a haunting series. This novel held many suprises, terror, and action than the others. This is a trilogy that has changed me. I am so sad that it is over. But I hope that the author would continue on the world thank you, Michelle Hodkin, for your work.
