I haven’t committed to reading a series of books since The Babysitter’s Club, but I love these Tennyson Hardwick sagas. Every time the last ten pages include a twist that I NEVER saw coming. I’m even more curious about global martial arts techniques after this last one. I love the international flavor and even though it’s a bit overdone, I kinda like these plots pulled from the headlines with a novel perspective. Pun intended. I also dig how Ten’s history informs all of the stories. He’s a real, complicated character that doesn’t get through his trials unscathed. I respect him and I always root for him. Props to the author trio. I hope to see another one soon.

Tennyson Hardwick gets more than he expected after taking on a job for a Hollywood Celebrity!
This story didn't really start to take off until well into the book, but once it did it turned out to be a pretty good read.

This is my first Tennyson Hardwick novel and the others in the series are now on my reading list.
