I really did not get much from this book, but it wasn't all bad. Pretty unmemorable, and it seemed to go very slowly for such a short book. I did find myself a little bored in the beginning, and confused throughout the rest of it. Not a horrible book, just not even close to my favorite.

Though this novella was absorbing in a way I can't quite put my finger on, ultimately the story fell a bit flat. I felt like the weird should have gotten weirder, but in the final moments the book felt like it backed off from answering or asking questions and just wrapped up too quickly.
