A random library find, that turned into a great read. This reads like a dystopian without being overly harsh, which is nice. Yes the world is still crap and things happen, but I didn’t spend the entire time wrecked/devastated. I am a sucker for “found family” so this was right up my alley. I also like bees and plants and gardens. I learned a few things about the different types of pollinators, that I didn’t know before. While the child Sasha chapters were good, I preferred the adult Sasha chapters. This did get a bit wordy at times and I wasn’t totally in love with the ending, but overall this was so much fun! I’m glad I picked this one up.
