Book was okay, but bored me for the duration of them deciding whether Billy was guilty or nah. The "switch" was interesting, but the series should've ended with this one (and it originally did).
These books are always interesting, hope the show follows some of the plot lines from the books
Imagine that, in the acknowledgments again the author saying this is the last book in the series. Yet there are like eight more. Here is another place that the series could've ended and magically it did not. So why do I keep reading? Because the series has gotten so absurdly ridiculous that I want to see what new ridiculousness they can come up with to try to get money out of fans of the series. I really like the first four books. The series could've ended there and it would've been wrapped up nicely. But with a television show to make, and more money to make as well, they couldn't let it end after four or eight could they?
I'm so glad they picked up this series for another few books. I can't think of how they will continue from here now that everything seems to be over, but I'm looking forward to the next book very much.
This is the last book of the pretty little liars series and personally I think there was just too many of them. Sure they were all good books but it was just way too dragged out. I surprisingly got the ending right though, I knew Ali was still alive. This book wrapped up all lose ends but there was way to much guessing and blaming. Like poor Melissa!

I haven't read past this book in the PLL series because A) I loved the way this book ended and B) the series is just being dragged out (maybe for the sake of the tv show, who knows).
I just liked how you could interpret the ending in whichever way you pleased. Did Ali live? Was she pretending to be a new student? Or was it all in your imagination?
I have no interest in reading the rest of the series. I also checked out the summaries of what happens in the 9th and 10th books, and it just sounds too far-fetched even in the PLL universe.
Hopefully The Lying Game series ends after the 6th book. It doesn't need to be dragged out either.
