The collection is solid, although, like any collection, not all the stories appealed to me. I was particularly enamored with "Measuring Up" by F.J. Bergmann and "Rag and Bone" by Nicholas P. Oakley. The latter reminded me of the tractor episode in The Grapes of Wrath, with a more optimistic ending. Overall, this was an intriguing collection and made me wish for more.
