This series is fantastic--I suspect that either its coming into its own, or the authors are deliberately drawing out the action for readers that are maturing as they progress through the series.
In this book, the ever-foiled Ms. Grinker plans a Science Fair, in spite of What Happened Last Time. And sure enough, Sam, Lucy and Antonio are immediately plagued by mysterious occurrences around the school such as a random earthquake and library books being sucked off the shelf to fly around the room, disintegrating themselves as they go.
Really, it's a fun series. Highly recommended for very-young, very-unthreatening horror.
