This was an incredible book! It had that really unique ability to feel personal and engaging while still maintaining focus on the subject. I hadn’t given a ton of thought to how attention connects to capitalism connects to environmentalism connects to social justice connects to community in such a specific way. The author really connected a lot of broad topics in a very organic way, the same ways the solutions and thoughts presented by the author are also organic. A lot of things to reflect on. I really liked it in audiobook too!

It was good, it just required concentration that I didn't have the time for at the moment. I will get back to it someday.

This book addresses so many key points about life, meaning, and happiness. It gave me a better understanding about what it means to exist and to coexist in Anthropocene and in the environment. Just the calm I needed amidst the global pandemic.

I literally have no idea what this book has to do with ‘resisting the attention economy’. I found it to be boring and pretentious. Perhaps it’s because my expectations were so misaligned with the content, but I just could not get into this at all
