I first read this story in the Violent Tendencies Anthology and fell in love with Selene and her boy's...Zander, Santos, Darius and grumpy bitch Blaze, but as soon as he got a taste it was all over for him lol.
This is a deliciously dark/rh story. This book had me from start to finish flipping pages I couldn't read it fast enough it was sooo good. These ladies are a powerhouse to deal with when they get together and write a story. They absolutely nailed it with their writing of this story.
Selene is one bada** chick who's on a mission with one goal in mind to right the wrongs of those that are the scabs of society who prey on the innocent.
Zander is a walking wet dream and his 3 friends Blaze, Darius, Santos are kinky and hot af. They all have a agenda that involves Zanders father just what it is you'll have to grab it and find out.
This book is dark and there are scenes where thing's get bloody, so it's not for those with triggers, but those hot af sex scenes are

Holy twisted ass, dark ass, brutal ass, shit did I just read?!
This is the dark I love. This is the twisted shit I crave.
Bravo.
These authors packed a ton of twisted hot drama into a novella sized story.
We have Selene who works as a prostitute to weed out the bad guys. The child touchers, the rapists, the sex traffickers.
“I just want those to pay who can’t keep their dicks and hands to themselves.“
Selene Is psychotic and a murderer. There is no other way to put it but she uses her psychotic tendencies for good. Killing the ones that she feels deserves it. Along the way she meets a sex trafficker who is on her list to kill. She also meets this guy’s son.
She uses her prostitution to get close to this family but along the way realizes that the son and his friends have the same goals as she does.
“So, walking to the passenger side is difficult. But I just had a daddy and son sandwich, the fucking pain is worth it.”
There’s some really sexy hard-core sex scenes in this book. And a ton of murdering. If that’s the kind of book you like, then this is a must read. It was all kinds of messed up and steamy.
Selene uses her body but also owns her body as well. There is no scared submissive woman in the story. She gets her revenge and she owns it. Now this novella does leave off on somewhat of a cliffhanger because there will be a book two.
This is RH. The boys have claimed her as their own. But Selene has different plans and that’s when the book ends.
I can’t t wait for the next dark and delicious book!

Dark and spicy!
Loved this book! It’s so dark and the spice level is off the charts. This series is definitely not for the faint of heart but it is amazing and Selene is my new fav FMC! I’m diving right into book 2!

When she stumbles upon a human trafficking ring, she cons her way into the heart of the beast to shut that sh*t down. What she didn't expect was to gain help with an unlikely alliance, who shares a common goal.
Holy crap! Okay, where to begin? First of all, Fan-freaking-tastic story. This was even better the second time around. I couldn't put this down. Selene sort of gave me a Baby Firefly (House of 1000 corpses) vibe. This had everything, from MM, blood play, knife play, hunting down predators, revenge, Reverse Harem,MFM, etc.
"I hope you’re ready, Selene. My boys are coming for you."
The boys, what can I say? Hooooot, psychotic, possessive. Everything that perfectly matches our badass lady. Santos, though, stood out the most. I love him soooo much! I hope we get more time with the other guys.

C.A. Rene and R.E Bond have created one of my favorite reads of the year. When I found out this was turning into a series, I was super ecstatic. I will soooo recommend this to anyone who loves this genre. I seriously can't wait to read more!!

Damnnn!! These ladies knocked it out of the freaking park with this one! This book has blood and sex all over it, but it works with all of the characters' crazy. Selene is a hooker vigilante with a psycho crazy personality and wit for days. Her sarcasm is on point throughout all of her interactions. She kills those who prey on the innocent, getting justice for those that are unable to for themselves in her own unique way. It starts out intense but there's a lot of comic relief sprinkled throughout. Although its a dark book, I think the darkest thing is the rough and bloody sex that happens (but everyone's different).

I’m so disappointed with this book. Why is there not more?! Thank goodness this is the start to a series. I love these authors separately, together... just wow.
I enjoyed all of the characters, they were the perfect mix of crazy, with humor and, of course, danger. The multiple POVs were a great way to tell the story. You got to know the characters, see different events take place and try to pick your favorite.
This is exactly what I needed for a darker romance. The story, the characters, just all of it. So much was fit into this novella and I couldn’t put it down. I will definitely need to set aside a night for the next installment or else I will not be sleeping.
The cliffhanger was mild compared to some but it left the perfect opening for book 2. More questions, a mystery and adventure coming up.

Ahhhh, Holy shit what did I just read, this was amazing. I don’t even know what to write about it, it’s just that fucking good. I went into this book blind and the first sentence had me giggling, a little shocked and hooked. I certainly knew what I was getting myself into when the 14th word was dick, and she killed a guy in the first two pages. Selene is psychotic murder in all the best ways. Choosing to kill men who maim, rape and murder women, (basically the scum of the earth), under her vigilante name “Reaper”, and parading herself around as a prostitute. It was so nice to finally see a strong heroine who gave no shits, and got the job done, I’m so used to seeing such vulnerable, submissive women in this kind of book genre, but this was so refreshing seeing such a powerful secure women for once. Tho I’m not sure how I feel about her fucking her victims and giving them pleasure, before she kills them. I think she should just flat out destroy them, they honestly deserve it at this point. But oh well, a girls gotta do what she’s gotta do, and if she’s gotta lure them in with sex, what can I say. Oh my god the steaminess in this book was a whole other level, I mentioned earlier that she was psychotic and this really showed here… I mean who doesn’t love some knife play. Oh and using the blood as lube, ah wow! I’m not sure who I wanted more scenes with in this story, all four boys brought their own kinda spice to the book. Blaze, Zander, Santos and Darius were absolutely obsessed with Selene, and honestly I don’t blame them one bit. This book contained many spice scenes including group ones and even some m/m. Honestly this is the dark, brutal romance that I wanted, and I am so glad it delivered.

This is so dark and so good. This story follows our MFC and vigilante Selene on her hunt for vengeance/revenge. She helps seek payback for those who weren’t able to help themselves. During one of her hunts she comes across 4 friends who weasel their way into her life. Will she be able to work with them? Or will they end up like the rest with her scythe on their foreheads. So excited for the next book
