Read the last chapter....it’s the only thing worth it on this book. There are far better and more applicable books out there on this topic.

I absolutely loved this book. As a long time podcast listener I realized one day I needed to own Kendra’s books. I’ve read the first 2 and just pre-ordered the third.
I was certainly at a great time to receive her kind advice and happily spent the past 3 days enthralled in the pages while flagging some very powerful words.
