I listened to the Audible audio version. The narrator is ok, although she certainly had a lot more to offer with the female characters vs. the males.
As far as the story goes, it just didn't work for me. Far too unbelievable to enjoy. Definitely do not read this book it you have any issues with claustrophobia!!!
Although it kept me somewhat entertained, I do not recommend it.

Oh Harlan....you are becoming one sick bastard. I miss former Indian-themed wrestling mavens, El-Al, and black belt playboys (although nice little Easter Egg in this one for fans of Myron Bolitar--well played sir). I liked this one the least of the post-Bolitar books; mostly because what self-respecting woman pines after a jilted lover for EIGHTEEN years? I just couldn't identify. And the violence--sheesh. Perhaps you should seek help. That was some creepy stuff.

Please bring back Winn. He was at least interesting.

I recieved this book for free as part of the goodreads first reads program.

The story was good. Some of the plot twists were a bit obvious, but there were some surprises. The characters were fine, maybe a little stereotypical, but fine. Overall, a pretty decent book. I would have given it three stars if not for one thing - the writing. The best way to describe it it Trying Too Hard. Trying to hard to be clever and edgy and...I don't know. Just....Trying too Hard.

Spännande, men inget speciellt. Lite irriterande med machosnacket.

Coben rocks as an author. One of my top 5 favorite.

Took a while to get going but the final of the book was quite pacey and have a number of twists.
