you wont find a more comprehensive book or piece of media on sugar than this book. its basically like investigative journalism on sugar. it uncovers the deceit and lies perpetrated by sugar’s big playing companies. it goes through the history of sugar use and its proliferation and health effects and misinformation and so much more.

Seriously eye opening on the medical/research authorities and what diseases sugar may be the direct or indirect cause of.

This book contains some salient information for making a strong case that sugar is deleterious to maintaining individual and populational health.

However, the book repeats itself a lot. It lacks a story arch. And there are no clear compelling characters.

This books amounts to a listing of the various abuses of science by the sugar industry and those who have fought to stop it.
