This is a rather thin book on positive psychology. Maybe it is just that this is one of the early books on the topic, but it feels more like an intro magazine article than a truly informative text.

Much of this I feel I already knew but sometimes you need to read it and that’s not to say I didn’t learn anything either - I definitely did. It’s a book I’ll read again, and probably again after that, because it’s got lessons that are invaluable at any stage of life. I’d recommend this book to anyone feeling like they need some encouragement.

Super light read but many salient, actionable points to implement in day-to-day life.

The start was a little slow but it was an inspiring and thought provoking read. Very applicable.

What this book emphasized for me is that to remind me to ask myself if something makes me happy more often.
