I love the way that Agatha Christie crafted herself out of dreadful situation and made sure that she didn’t get the short end of the stick! My husband is a huge fan of her works and I’ll have to see if he has heard of her disappearance.

This started slow for me, otherwise it probably would have been a 5 star read. I haven't read Agatha Christie so I didn't have any background going in, but I loved the character of Agatha. So many of her feelings resonated with me deeply, and I adored how her intellect was portrayed.

I would have given this 4 stars but it completely spoils The Murder of Roger Ackroyd.
