3.54 AVERAGE

I typically am rather ambivalent towards Marie Benedict's books; they're okay but nothing spectacular. I did enjoy this one more than the others I've read. However, I would have liked the author to include her own personal opinion as to why Christie disappeared in her author's note.

I thoroughly enjoyed this fun & entertaining fictional story based on the real-life unexplained disappearance of Agatha Christie in 1926 - history, biography & mystery! My review & a sample of the audio:

So I really liked this book? But, also, nothing happens? So I didn’t feel like I could give it more than 3 stars…. But I did like it. Idk, weird feels on this one

Not as compelling and interesting as some of this author’s other books. Still a decent read.

This was great and one of those books that I have to remind myself is fiction. After I read it I had to look up events to determine what actually happened and what the author filled in. I enjoyed the author's writing and I plan to read more of her works!

Not my favorite of this author’s books. The storyline was dull and slow.

I'm a big Agatha Christie fan so I found this to be a fun and entertaining read that helped me out of a reading rut. I've read books by this author before and I like her writing style.

Although this book is purely fiction, I found the authors reasoning for Agatha motives to go missing admirable (to build her life back up) but it also felt a little flat and predictable.

None the less, a quick, fun read.
