Wanted to enjoy it more but somehow it just felt like the story for a computer game. A constant flow of random monsters to fight and not much plot.

So much fun! Just what I needed to get out of my reading slump. I loved Galadriel’s angry defiance and her friends’ determination. Scholomance is an international school of magic for witches and wizards and it is deadly. Only a handful of seniors make it out alive every year. Problem is a teen’s chances of making it to adulthood are even worse on the outside. Orion Lake and a reluctant El (short for Galadriel thank you) are looking to change all of that.
