This book is full of twists and turns, one’s that make you say, “HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS COMING” then another, “omg DUH!” and then a “holy shit!” That’s the only way I can describe this book without giving away spoilers. If you’re on the fence about reading it, just do it. If you love glimpses into psychology and how the brain works, you’ll find yourself highlighting sentences like you’re in PSYCH101.

I LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH!!! All I can say is, immediately after finishing this book, I went to buy more of Freida’s books.

Her writing style is so captivating and the short chapters really help with attention spans. This story had me hooked from the first page.

My favorite thing is that after you finish and discover the twist(s), if you go back and reread the book, you start to reinterpret some of the dialogue and descriptions through a new lens, and it’s so trippy.

This was my first thriller maybe ever and I’m definitely a fan.

Oh, we love Frieda - She is my pallet cleanser between heavy content, and I'm rarely disappointed, even when the story is outlandish. With Never Lie, she delivered exactly what I was expecting - which is a book of characters that are truly awful people, and a plot twis I never would have seen coming.

Never Lie is a wild ride, and per Friedas MO, the twist will knock you off your feet. Highly recommend for a fast past quick and easy read 💕

While I only called part of the twists, I still like the way we got there for the most part. Writing was a little childish, but that might be for the sake of the characters' loose grips on reality. It definitely had suspense and kept me reading and wondering how it would all unfold. And like I said, I was surprised at times.

I was so freakin convinced I knew who the bad guy was and I was SO wrong! What a wild ride. I loved the short chapters, it made the book fly by and as usual the mystery aspect was on point. Definitely a good thriller.
