While reading I felt a lightness, like I was floating on a cloud. Just such a lovely wholesome read that made my heart feel full with contentment
Would I keep? YES!
With reflection I truly do not see any flaws in the book at this time, I absolutely loved it and can think of no criticisms I would throw at it, just a beautifully written story, I only wish I had more time with the cast of characters.

TJ Klune has an eye for bridging magic and accuracy. The monotony of Linus's life is depicted so well that it would be at home in an episode of "The Office." The island and its inhabitants, on the other hand, are vibrant. The descriptions are resplendent, making each scene easy to imagine as one slips into the pages. The camaraderie and love displayed amongst the characters is self-aware and camp, always managing to avoid veering into trite. Exquisite.
