Have to admit I didn't predict the culprit. My main complain of this was the pacing. It jumped too often between different characters and jumped long stretches of time with short sentences to explain what happened during the off screen time that's passed. I get why, but it made for a disjointed read. I would have liked the plot to have been dragged out longer with other stories filling the gaps, but that would have been a big project. Still, the art was pretty great most of the time and it never felt repetitive. I'm not a fan of some of the character design, such as Catwoman, Riddler, and Joker, but it was fine and at least true to their characters.

A must read as a continuation to "The Long Halloween". Jeph Loeb has a really nice style.
