I enjoyed this book and loved how the supporting characters are carry overs from previous books. I don't like feeling the disconnect between Declan and everyone else. He seems like such an amazing character only to be downgraded.

This book has some oh shit moments and some WTH moments. It will have you questioning Malek and Riley over and over throughout. I think Spiders' part in the book really pulled the story off better in some ways and negatively in others. Like I believe the author could have developed his obsession in his hunt for her a bit more with some side story, but overall did a bang up job throwing in a love triangle. The book leaves off developing into another story centering around Spider and leaves you wanting to know how that is going to go. So I applaud the author on this.

Overall this book is a really great read. It kept me invested in the series, but was not my favorite in the series by any means. Let us see if the next one will redeem Spider.

Easy to read mafia romance with fantastic banter and a kick ass FMC. At times the dynamic between her and her sister was annoying, but it all works out in the end. While the traditional miscommunication troupe is absent, there is still plenty of miscommunication and lack of care for those who are worried about the FMC. I am enjoying the dynamic between the mafia bosses, their spouses and each other. Looking forward to book 4. These are a good time and very entertaining especially on audiobook!

I enjoyed the beginning of this book quite a bit and I binged the first half. But things went a bit sideways after that, when

she healed miraculously quickly after almost dying, they had sex and fell in love and then she ended up pregnant - my least favourite trope.

I still finished it and enjoyed the tension but I got taken out of it after that.

I will read the final one because I am a bit excited to see another nationality join the gang.
