I enjoyed this book, but it was probably my least favorite by this author. I don't have a lot, good or bad, to say about this book. If you enjoy this author's writing and her other books, then I think you would also enjoy this one!

โ€œI enjoy things as soon as possible. I burn the expensive candle, I use the fancy rose-shaped soap, and I drink the wine, even if the only thing Iโ€™m celebrating is the fact that itโ€™s Tuesday.โ€

โ€œAbby Jimenez is a monster,โ€ my best friend said to me when I finished reading this book. โ€œAnd sheโ€™s proud of it, too!โ€

My goodness, Abby! Why must you make me use an obscene amount of tissues with each book you write? Is it not enough that your characters are complex, that your writing is smart, and your storylines are interesting? Do you ๐™๐™–๐™ซ๐™š to rip out my heart out?

Once again Abby tackles issues that exist in a lot of peopleโ€™s lives and creates a love story around those issues. Iโ€™m not just referring to romantic love, but complex love we have for our family, for those we relate to, and of course-dogs.

In this story, I felt Abbyโ€™s love for traveling and exploring new places. I got a sense of her appreciation for all the experiences she has had in her life as told through her FMC. Of course, her Nadia Cakes gets a shoutout, and this story predominantly takes place in Minnesota.

I told the aforementioned best friend that I am going to take a break from Abbey and let my heart heal a little bit.
Three all-consuming books in a row require a bit of break. She laughed at me and said, โ€œI read everything that she had published (at the point when she started reading Abbyโ€™s books), I was like ๐˜จ๐˜ช๐˜ท๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ!"

Another great one from Abby. There's not much more to say about her books, every one I read I either completely love or really, really like. There's hardly much to say negatively about her writing. This was probably my least favorite of the three books in this particular series, but I still really liked it. Overall, great series and highly recommend these books!

Another AJ book that I absolutely loved. This is definitely top three of my favorites from her. It was deeply written and inspiring. Makes you remember to live each day like your last, because it might be.
I would 100% read this again for sure ๐Ÿ’œ
