I cried so many tears for this quiet, charming, and warm book. Best paired with your favorite cup of tea!

This was just nice and comforting all around.

And the audiobook narrator did an excellent job! The style really fit the story.

Give Klune’s books all the stars. What an absolutely wonderful story. I loved this. So sad and yet so happy. So wonderful and so heartwarming yet heartbreaking.

I loved this book. I cried, more than I’ve cried in any other book besides one other. I loved this. Thank you TJ Klune for this book.

Achingly stunning!

3 days later and I'm still really feeling this book and still feel incredibly under qualified to write a review that gives it even an ounce of what it pulled from me.

This book was so beautifully written, as this was my first by Klune, I held no expectations when I started this. I savored this book, reading it slowly, digesting what was said in between the lines and what wasn't said but was felt. I reread some passages and I definitely quoted it out to people as I read.

It was a journey for Wallace Price, to figure out how to live after he had already died. Take this journey with him you won't regret it!

Thank you to NetGalley and Macmillan-Tor/Forge for the advanced earc to give an honest review.

 Is this a 4 or 4.5?
This was a cozy book (don't mistake that for an easy read - it is absolutely not), with the cutest tea shop, heartwarming characters and lovely writing. When I read the last chapter, I was quite surprised that I hadn't shed a single tear, because this book is quite sad - but still hopeful. Then I read the epilogue and bawled my eyes out... so there is that.
I think what might bring this down to a 4 for me, is how the characters ended up. I think I would have preferred a different ending, I thought this was maybe a little too "easy".
And then again is this a 4.5? I think so!

I liked it though not as much as Cerulean Sea.
T.J.Klune can really write love. If you have problems with GLBTQ love scenes in books, you are missing a lot. I'm straight, but the feeling is the same.
You really need to have tissues at hand. :-D I cried a lot. :-)
