also this isn't about this book (which like. i enjoyed. first of all. love the trojan war this is my one constant emotion) but good ol' geoffrey of monmouth is a character in the show merlin and i almost screamed when they first sad his name. i'm a week into this course and anyone who says that merlin isn't "accurate" needs to approach the legend as ALIVE - clearly they give a shit.
