That was one [] of a ride. I love the parallel between the relationship between murderbot and Dr. Mensah and the relationship between Miki and Abene as well as how that contributes to murderbot's decision at the end. The book kept me hooked the whole way through and though I was a little confused at some parts I think it's due to how I was opting not to reread parts for clarification so I could read faster lol. Teared up at the ending. This was such a meaningful part of the murderbot diaries and has cemented the fact that my favourite part of this series is the conncections between characters.

Another delightful installment featuring my favorite introverted organic robot. The mystery in the story didn't become totally clear to me, but it did not take away from my enjoyment of SecUnit's musings, relationships and personal growth. The ending of this one pulled at my heartstrings. Looking forward to the next book!

I can't tell which characters I like more in these books. The humans or the bots. But they both get better and better with every book. I'm really interested in the overarching story that is starting to take form. Can't wait to continue!
