I found it a little repetitive at some points with other Murderbot plots and found myself skimming over some details. But once the plot got going (about 1/3 of the way through), I was just as hooked as ever

In which Murderbot learns more about trust, friendship, corporate greed, and the philosophical implications of humans creating sentient bots and androids.

Excellent, I think the second is still my favourite but this was a close second. All the ways Murderbot continues to contradict everything it thinks it feels ("I don't care about humans or any of their problems", reads a book about alien remnants to learn more about its old research party. Ok Murderbot). Love how it continues to find a group of humans to look after

Really loving this series so far. Murderbot is so wonderfully written, it's great watching them develop over the books and see how they're learning more about themselves and what they want to do with their free-will.

Really liked the interaction between Murderbot and another robot character who has had a very different life experience than them.
Like that the books are connecting and loved what the ending of this one is foreshadowing.

The only thing I found with this book in the series that I didn't with the others is that I had a harder time visualizing what was happening/ where the characters were. But also my mind's eye is not super strong.
I couldn't quite picture what was happening on the planet they were on, so it took me out of the action scenes a bit.

Love that murderbot has given themselves a name but it's private. Very sad ending but I accidentally spoiled it for myself, don't look up anything on the wiki 😔
