Such a cute lil read. I loved how the first part of the book was told through emails alone. The two main characters are so loveable! My only wish is that I got to look into the minds of the two mains a little more than I did.

This novella was STUPID cute, it had me punching the air and kicking my feet like an idiot. 40% told in emails to start, before you meet the characters was wild. I literally would read this novella as an entire book and I’m actually really mad at Christina Lauren that it’s not an entire book? Because this type of writing is what got me to fall in love with their writing and ugh, I need to read this again already.

Two teens start emailing before the pandemic and start a tradition of reaching out once a year to update each other on their lives. A cute and quick read. Definitely not realistic but very adorable.
