Delightful and quick regency romance. Scratches that 2005 pride & prejudice itch for pining and secret glances and hand flexes. Was the dialogue at times a little cringe-y? Maybe? But did it also make me swoon just a little at “When you are not with me, I am left with nothing but longing for you?” Yes. Yes it did.
