Emma and Jacob get on my nerves more with each book. I really missed all the other children and got tired of following Jacob and Emma around. I also wanted to see each person use their powers more throughout the series.

I did enjoy the ending though and I’m glad there was a way for the children to age normally in the real world!

This book was everything I could have ever hoped. It was the perfect ending to the trilogy, and I can't get over how fantastic the entire trilogy was. I found myself crying as I read the last few pages of this book. Ransom Riggs created a truly beautiful story and I am going to miss these characters so much. If you loved the first two books, you will love this one as well.

From a wonderful first book (4 stars), to a meh second book (3 stars), to this book (DNF). It just didn't seem to go anywhere, and the ending (yes, I skipped to the ending to see what would happen) well, I guess it was to be expected. It was cute, and I was kind of happy, but I had expected something different entirely. It was a bit too convenient.

It is a shame. :( This series had so much potential, but in the end it just withered down to nothing. :(

it was lengthy and there were so many side quests but the ending was worth it. it was wrapped up perfectly!

Very glad to be done with this series. What a disappointment.
