I highly recommend this book and series to my friends!

From the very first page to the last, Fourth Wing had me completely hooked, I couldn’t put it down. The author crafts an engaging and immersive story, bringing the world to life with vivid descriptions that make every chapter feel like a movie playing in your mind. The action, romance, and twists kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

A must-read for fantasy lovers. 10/10!

SO WORTH THE HYPE!!!

This book started very similarly to Divergent, with scribes, healers, and riders. The dragon riders were definitely a mirror to dauntless, wearing black, always in risk of dying, peers seeking to kill each other. However, once the plot started getting deeper, it became something so much better. I loved the relationship between Violet and her and her dragons, as a father and a sister to their rider. Tairn is like an overprotective dad, especially around Xaiden, and Andarna is the cute little sister wanting to tag along and be a grown up. The chemistry between Violet and Xaiden is just… electrifying. So good!!! This book was so good in building suspense that I had many moments where my anxiety was peaking. The flirty banter, the adrenaline rush that comes with the inevitable danger all characters face, and the desperate sense of doing what was right no matter the cost, but most of all the ending of the book… what a twist! Can’t recommend this book enough.

This book did not disappoint and I can’t wait to start the next book

⭐️4.5 I wish I didn’t, but I really loved this book. I mean cmon it has dragons. And Xaden! This book made me feel like I was there and I was cheering for Violet the entire time.

i wanna say id give it a solid 3.5-3.75 stars but i cant decide how to rate it
overall i really enjoyed reading this book

-the worldbuilding isnt as fantasy-y as i would have hoped, i was hoping for more dragon backstory kinda stuff.
-also i felt like alot of descriptions of locations werent really specific enough and when reading i was having trouble imagining where the characters were
-the writing was ok and some of the dialogue made me cringe a bit
-i loved that violet proved herself to be strong and how crafty she was
-also i wish some of the names were fantasy names and not like “jack, brennan, liam, etc”
-um THAT ENDING JFKDJDJHAKSKXNW

to be fair, i tend to be pretty skeptical when reading booktok books and i feel like sometimes i review books a bit harshly. books dont have to always be masterpieces and even though id give it a 3.5 i still really enjoyed it. its definitely more of a romance than fantasy
