Very slow if you don't care enough for the characters. That would be me. This could've been much shorter for me. The highlight is really Sera's tell off towards Callum when he tried to get her back. Too many times tell off scenes don't speak the point or is too shallow of a speech or not eloquent enough. Here, Sera really drilled in his actions rather than her hurt feelings and I loved that. That definitely led to them being friends later which I also loved for maturng the characters in the furture scenes. Overall, this was simply a super cute story. I just wish Rafe and Sera, or the whole book was more adult but I probably would have ate this up if I read it when I was younger.

Cute storyline, but it did give me Princess Diaries 2 vibes and was kinda predictable. However, it is a good book to read if you really like proper romance.
