I DNF'd about three chapters in. I really wanted to like it, but the dialogue was forced and awkward, the main character does nothing but whine and have sex with a prostitute and continue to feel sorry for himself in the first three chapters. I can't even remember his name. Starting a story in the middle of a scene is a great way to hit the ground running, this would have done better if it was started much earlier so we could understand and sympathize with his pity party and whining instead of "OMFG grow a damn fucking spine or stfu" being your response.
