I enjoyed this book but I found it hard to believe the actions by the main character being the same age as them and working with children. When it came down to crossing state lines I was like HUH???? But overall touching I guess.
This was an imaginative road-tripping riot of a read about what happens when a storyteller and a member of its captive audience explore the lengths of "have book, will travel" ... because it's not often the librarian takes the books AND the patron for a journey.

Honestly not sure what I thought of this book. It was extremely weird but not unenjoyable. Curious what the point was.
Liked a lot, enjoyed the library observations. Although their journey was compelling, it was troublesome to me that she had "kidnapped" a child instead of taking him home.
