Wow this book is very sad and intense. And the fact of what happens to her at the end after all that she went through and finally turning things around it is very sad. This book I enjoyed very much because it was a diary, real, truthful. This girls life was so sad all because of getting herself into drugs. Very insightful to the world of drugs and what they can do to a person and how they effect everyone and everything around you.

I thought this was really good, and actually believed it was a real journal. Once i looked up the author though, i discovered that this book just may be all fiction, invented by what the author has said to have learned from her patients.

Not gonna rate this book. It was just so awful and if it truly was a true story... That poor girl. Her poor family. It as just awful.

Good for a young adult book and fast-paced. I found the writing style of the narrator pretty dated. I don't know any teens that talk like that but maybe it was spot on for the the original publication date. The ending was pretty abrupt, which I wasn't really a fan of.
