It's like part of this series has gone back full circle because once again, Mr D needs Alison's help and its to do with his nephew. Alison totally kills it in this book and this doesn't drag like the others because while all were action-packed, the writing was chunky. This one was smooth and did not slow the plot down any time soon. The thing that annoys me is that Alison is always so preachy about surrendering and every time she mentions killing someone, she always talks about how she offered them a chance. I also still hate Mason, he is a total waste of time.
Things are getting tense with the drow, the next book is the final book and I think it will be epic
