It just wasn’t all that great

Loved it! Great sequel to Simon vs the Homosapian Agenda.

3,5*

Ik denk niet dat Becky Albertalli's boeken helemaal mijn ding zijn...

// Reading Rush boek 2 - Read the first book you touch

3.5

Jesus Christ, teenagers are exhausting.

two stars isn’t really bad for this book, reading it was just an okay experience. some parts i liked a lot but most parts i didn’t like.

Loved it. Took me some time getting into the story, but Albertalli has a great way of representing the voice of a ya which completely sucked me into the story :)

I absolutely love this book!

I will fully admit I loved Leah the first time around, partly because she probably reminds me of me, and wanted to see more of her. This is definitely a continuation of Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda. In this book they are seniors and soon they will all separate and head colleges and universities.

I loved Simon's story, but I love this book even more.
I found the dialogue funny, especially combined with Leah's thoughts. And I related to the angst about how to interpret others, or come up with good replies, as well as the different views of Leah between her own opinion and other people's. I also loved that like in the other books, the romance focuses on people more than what gender or sex they happen to be.

Next book please?

Great YA book, that does a great job communicating the experience of being a teen, and the uncertainty around being bi, and sharing that information with friends and family.

3.5- Not as good as Simon or Unrequited, but I didn’t hate it.
