“Yours isn’t a sad story; I won’t let it be. Not anymore. Yours is a story of revenge and living. Of obliterating those who wronged you. Of making the world see you whether it wants to or not.”

Fans of dark fantasy romance and villains with lots of spicy scenes will love this book!

This book is a lot spicier and darker than I imagine, so I highly suggest to check out the trigger warnings below before reading this book cause some scenes may be sensitive to you.

The plot idea is great, it keeps me interested until the end figuring out the mystery of Zita’s sister and also getting to know the characters. The plot also flows smoothly with short chapters and great writing style.

The characters are well developed and the main characters are quite complex.
Zita went through a lot of stuff but remain as a strong and determined personality which I admire. She’s definitely the perfect and equal match to Sepher – the love interest. He’s the definition of a villain that is ruthless but he has an unexpected soft caring side for the FMC.

I love seeing how Zita and Sepher's relationship progress throughout the story, how it slowly change from enemies to lovers.
Even though there’s a heavy amount of spicy scenes in the story, it doesn’t take over the plot and the characters development which I really like.

Overall, this is a great read with a satisfying ending for all characters. One of the darkest and spiciest book with a compelling plot that I find enjoyable and entertaining.
I’m really looking forward to read more books from this author in the future!

⚠️ 𝐓𝐖: References to sexual assault, primal play, Light blood play.
This is a villain romance with bully elements. The MMC behaves in ways we’d never expect a hero to.

Thank you to Book of Matches Media and author for giving me an e-ARC of the book and for having me on this book tour. I’m leaving this review voluntarily!
