I hate love triangles and this book was no different. I couldn't stand that it was a love triangle between 2 brothers and Young ended up being a jerk. This was not consistent with his behavior at all in the first book and I feel like the author just really wanted us to root for Minseo and Charlotte. Young sacrified himself for Minseo and Charlotte but then we're supposed to believe that he was willing to sacrifice his own daughter for the sake of the kingdom. No way, that wasn't even believable. I was actually rooting for no brother being chosen and Charlotte moving on with her life to someone else. Also, I didn't buy that Lancelot actually fell for Merlin. He was hung up on Gwen for 4 years and then suddenly Lancelot had a change of heart? Nope, nope, nope. If I knew it would have ended like this I wouldn't have bothered with the series.

Brittni Chenelle has done it again. A quick yet intriguing twist on Arthurian legend.

This book was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Brittni Chenelle!

Kingdom Untold
is the third book in the Kingdom Cold series and continues the story of Charlotte, Young and Minseo

First I like to talk about the cover, I mean, look at it! It’s definitely my favourite cover in the series. I love the white figures in the back and the background looks so beautiful!

Now onto the story and characters: I liked Kingdom Untold but it wasn’t the best book in the series. For some reason it felt a bit rushed sometimes and I couldn’t always connect to the characters. Sometimes it looked really easy for the characters to do certain things and it kind of bothered me.

But besides that, I think that Kingdom Untold was a good ending for the trilogy and I cannot wait to read Brittni Chenelle’s next book!

I super love this series! This is one of my best Young Adult discoveries this year! The world-building, complex characters, and an amazing story with a lot of plot twist – this series has it all!

I highly recommend this to those looking for a Young Adult fantasy series. The books are very easy to read, filled with romance, magic, knights, and plot twists!

I am giving this a 5 out of 5 stars! I think Kingdom Untold managed to achieve what it’s supposed to do, which is wrapping the whole series and answering all the open questions from the beginning.
