The sublime writing anchors the plot which shifts and sways like underwater plants in a current.
It’s pretty difficult to work out what’s real and what is imaginary, even the last line.
Possibly a bit too much smoke and sage, and it could have lost 30 or so pages, but hats off to the author for creating such a compelling and bonkers story.

Need some time to digest before I can review in-depth. The ending was like "what the fuck" but not... in a great way. Really wanted to like it, not sure if I did. Feeling some disappointment, but I don't regret reading it?
