Flott, selv om tunglest i begynnelsen. Glad jeg ble fortalt å holde ut de første 200 sidene og hoppe over kapittelet om han i skogen (Bombadil?) Forelska i karakterene.

I get the hype but did they really have to walk for that long. No off to the hobbits but I simply would’ve asked that eagle-man to fly us to the gate

didnt love the world building as much as i thought i would. cant really criticize anything else, its a solid story and i get the love for it, just not really my taste.

A masterpiece. A work of art. A legendary tale. “The Lord of the Rings” is everything I wanted, full of trolls and kings, magic swords and strange realms, bur also empathic, hopeful and reflective. The movies are my favorites of all, and the book is no different
