I feel bad giving this book only 2.5 stars…. One because it is a memoir with such heavy subject matter…. And two it is obviously a much loved book by looking at the ratings here. But for me I just could not connect to this book. It is written in a way where things just constantly jump around and so for me… i just could not find a place to just absorb and take in the story. This is also a book with very flowery language which is not my thing either. So will leave this as … not a bad book… but not a book for me either.
