Another amazing instalment of A Song of Ice and Fire, A Storm of Swords: Part One. I love this series more and more after every book, I’m beyond excited for A Storm of Swords: Part Two. I’m dreading the day I get to A Dance With Dragons as he hasn’t released anymore books after this!

Daenerys is finally coming into her own properly in this book, finally getting the army she needed, while she had to shed blood to get there. It was the blood of slavers. Arya is getting closer and closer to her mother at Riverrun, but I have a feeling she won’t get there. The hound is still on the prowl and I think he’ll take her like he did in the show.

Sansa’s life is going from bad to worse, just when you thought that the Lannisters couldn’t be crueler, they wed her to Tyrion! While Tyrion isn’t the worst one, he’s still part of a family that killed her father.

first part of third game of thrones books. Epic fantasy. Extra half a point for Ygritte.
