Just didn't click with me :/ It's a cute story, but I couldn't get into the characters or their relationship. I was hoping for a more Great-British-Bake-Off vibe. The cooking show element was just so-so. Also, wanted the grumpy/sunshine trope to play out longer - I live for slow-burns and pining. But Dahlia & London seem to pretty quickly and easily fall in love with one another. Nothing too memorable here.
SOOOO Cute!! LGBTQ+ that isn't too filled with tropes. I'm an Ally and a therapist and I'm using this to support my youth! I'm also a cook and ugh it's the meet-cute I never knew I needed.
AHHHJSHFDJHSDF LITERALLY EVERYTHING I LOVE IN A ROMANCE IM SO LONDON WHERE IS MY DAHLIA THIS WAS SO GOOD I CANT EVEN THINKN

This was a cute read! Very fluffy, a bit more smut than I expected, but still not gratuitous. The nonbinary rep was really great and refreshing.
I liked the concept and the representation was cool. Unfortunately DNFed the audiobook at 35% because I couldn't stand how often Dahlia said OMG. I know that's petty, but it just felt too earnest and made me annoyed at her character. Generally I'm so-so on grumpy/sunshine anyway, so maybe this book just wasn't for me.

Well this book was delightful! It was the perfect cooking show book because it focused the correct amount on the show and more heavily on the romance. Loved this journey for Dahlia and London!
This book lost my attention at about 65% It just felt like it’s as dragging on and at this point I wanted to know who won the competition and that’s about it.
