You deserve better Eloise, my love. I hate this man, omg Julia Quinn write men who are actually good and likeable, this whole book was I’m gonna beat my kids boo hoo. He’s legit the worst, he’s an awful father and husband and he act all noble, he is not noble, he’s a little bitch boy.

Out of all the books I’ve read from this series so far, this one is definitely my favorite. Everything about it was just *chef’s kiss*! I was not expecting to like their story so much and I felt a little sad at the end of it because I wanted to read more about them. I have since thought of rereading it again! That is very strange specially for a book like this one.

Only Eloise would do something so different! This has to be near the top for me! I loved that she fell for him and the kids.

This has to be my favorite Bridgerton book behind Benedict’s story. I wasn’t expecting this story to be so good, honestly. But, Julia Quinn did amazing at capturing the sexual tension and intimacy between Eloise and Sir Phillip. I would read it again just for those moments. Bravo.
