what did I read

Wow their just isn’t any words to describe this story as it has blown me away. This is absolutely amazing fast pace read that pulls you in from the beginning. I’m hooked on this series. This is a first read by this author for me and it won’t be my last. This is a very intense dark read that is a collage setting of a society of the blue bloods and the games have begun. Scar has to earn her keep with the 3 alpha men and they aren’t making it easy, on top Scar has a stalker following her everywhere.

Amazing Start to a Series!

This is my first Rachel Leigh book and I LOVED IT!! It checked every box for a super steamy RH Bully Romance! Even if there weren’t a lot of spicy times…the tension was so HAWT!! And we got some scenes that were

Copy received from the author. Voluntarily reviewing and all opinions are objective and my own.

There’s nothing Rachel Leigh puts out that I don’t enjoy and this one is no different. A tad slow to get into (or maybe that was just me bc I was busy) but amazing once things picked up. The three guys: Neo, Jagger, and Crew, are all fascinating in their own ways. I can’t decide who I cheer more for - Jagger or Crew. (Kinda liking Jagger tbh…) It’s edgy, fun, and I can’t wait to learn more in the next book!

I LOVE dark bully romances in an academia setting. I also love secret society and I love enemies to lover. This is the first book in this series and it follows Scarlett and the Lawless. This was my first true Reverse Harem and I am obsessed with the way this book was laid out. The author did an incredible job bringing the story to life and I was absolutely blown away! I can not wait till the next book comes out!

Bully why-choose high school romance.

I enjoyed the beginning of this story. Even though it left us on a cliff hanger.
Jagger, Crew and Neo have a hateful relationship with Scarlett. I’m looking forward to seeing the progression to love with them all.

This is a dark, stalker type intense story, with a hint of mystery, that showcases a smart-mouthed heroine against three angry-rule-the-school boys...ALL THE YESSESSSSS!!!!

I stayed up soooooo late that I seriously thought of calling in with the - I'm sorry I have a book hangover - excuse the next day.

Scarlett is a total bada$$. She never backs down, never once gets distracted by their gorgeous faces, their wicked games, manipulative play or emotional warfare. (I have a serious girl crush on her.) Scarlett used to be friends with Neo, Crew, and Jagger, but then tragedy struck and now they are enemies. They don't hold back and neither does she. This book is a total wild ride and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough to see what would happen next.

All four of the main characters have grown up together so it would have been so easy to fall back into a relationship of comfort, especially one between Crew and Scarlett. Those two are the closest, of had the closest relationship in the past, but they also suffered the most damage in their friendship. While this book only has a POV that switches back and forth between the two of them, there is definitely something brewing between all four. It was kind of neat to only get the perspective of only two of the characters when this story actually involves more, so I'm really curious how everything will play out going forward and what insight we will be privy to.

As for the other guys; Neo is the leader of the three guys and by far the meanest, but in small and I mean extremely small doses you see him play nice and in those moments he could have easily broken down walls with Scar, but there is more to his tough shell, we just don't get enough of him...yet.

Jagger is an entirely different story. He's always played in the gray when it comes to Scarlett's emotions. Never being too nice, but never being ulta mean either. He finally unveils a bit more of himself, which should lead to some interesting times ahead.

I'm really excited to jump into more of this story. This first book left on a mysterious cliffhanger and I"m totally salivating for more, more, more!!

This book is one that got me into more of the darker romance and the RH trope...

This book is full of tons on mystery, angst, and soooo much spice.

Scar is the typical bad ass that doesn't roll over for anyone, no matter how much she is into to them. Next you have Neo, Crew, and Jagger, all three have their own problems like life resulting in them all having such different personalities. Of the three, Neo is the only one that wants nothing to do with her. He personally makes her life difficult and makes the boys pay for favoring her.

They are all attending this private academy that have a ladder of order. Obviously your "class" is determined on your devotion of the order but also who your parents are. To go up in class you need to preform these games, most of which are highly questionable on if it is legal or not.

I love how this book isn't that predictable like others with the similar concept are. The way the author writes makes you want to read the book in one night. Needless to say I read the whole series in a few days.
