A great short story about the forming of Taskforce and Oversight Council.

My raw CAWPILE score: 4.14 (2 stars)

This felt incredibly short even for a short story and honestly, rather pointless. The story really didn't go anywhere and at the same time was a long way to explain how Logan and the unit got their 2IC. I had to keep my inner Brad Thor fanboy in check for this review. Hate to say it but this is a title that should be skipped since it really provides very little for the characters of this series.

The first Taskforce mission and it was a bit of a train wreck. Initially I was thinking of giving a three star rating as it was so short and there wasn't much to it until I understood the “callsign” at the end...yes, YES!

These .5 novellas are great for background so I read them. This one provided a nice little blurb that filled in a few blanks. That’s all you can ask for.
