Little Eyes was such a unique read, it packed a lot of concepts and ideas into only 240 pages, and I feel like it really gave me a lot to think about after finishing it. The book takes place in a society where people have devices called kentukis that are like little toys with cameras in the eyes and people can either be a keeper or dweller, where they own one and someone else can watch them or they can watch someone else through the kentukis eyes. This concept is meant to be reflective or our current society and the ways in which we let technology to invade our lives, just taking that idea to an extreme to explore it. I liked how the book was organized, in that we get to follow a variety of characters in different places who are either keepers or dwellers and all have different experiences with the devices, I felt this allowed for many scenarios to be explored and it was cool to see all the varying ways the characters interacted with the devices. I did find some of the characters endings to be mildly anticlimactic, but they made sense to me, so it wasn't a big issue. Overall, a really interesting and thought provoking read and I would love to dive into more of the authors works in the future!
