I LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS BOOK!!! When I found out it filled in the gap from book one to book two I knew I was going to love it. Hudson is everything, and Grace had such growth happen. I cannot wait to start the next book!

I’m going to work so hard not to go so long between books in a series. It felt so similar to book 3 so I thought I had read it before but I hadn’t.

This felt YA, but it also didn’t. I love Hudson and Grace. I love seeing their relationship develop and it felt so real at times. I also thought she found out about being being a gargoyle in the last book but apparently not? Anyway, good story, lots of action packed stuff and romance!

I didn't expect this book to be so good. But fuck it. I'm done . I'm sobbing. I'm more in love with Hudson than I ever thought possibly. Makes me want to read the second book again. My emotions are a mess. I loved the multiple POV from Grace and Hudson. This book just destroyed me in the best possible way.

Tropes that spoil the plot:

Forced proximity
Mates
Pranks
Witty banter
Enemies to lovers
One bed
Cuddles in the morning
Found family
Saving the world
Animal death
